Hello,
If Vuforia Studio is not in this folder %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Roaming\VuforiaStudio\studio-download.vuforia.io where is located in your computer ?
Best regards,
Samuel
Hello @sdidier,

Hello TB,
To be honest, it is very strange!
Vuforia Studio installer is installing Vuforia Studio in same folders for everyone.
By the way, the .exe Application location can be found by using Task Manager.
This path has this format : %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\<RANDOM NUMBER>\<RANDOM NUMBER>\vufo..udio_<RANDOM NUMBER>
It is the folder where we can find application itself.
For example, in my workstation, we have :

Hello Thomas,
No problem!
It is just to be accurate because we share this knowledge to everyone on PTC community. 😊
Please follow these steps :
1. Shutdown Vuforia Studio:
a. In Windows task bar, click the ^ icon to expand it
b. In this frame, found Vuforia Studio icon
c. Right click on it
d. In popup menu, click Quit menu
2. Check if Vuforia Studio is already shutdown correctly
a. In Windows Task Manager, in Processes tab, find processes named Vuforia Studio (32 bit) and Node.js: Server-side JavaScript
3. In one of the vu..udio_<random number> folder, a Studio.exe can be found
4. Run this application
For step 1, I suppose icon is not present.
For step 2, I suppose also that these processes are not present. Be carreful, if Vuforia Experience Service is installed on this Windows computer, a Node.js: Server-side JavaScript process should be present also for this product.
Thanks in advance for your feedback.
Best regards,
Samuel

Hello Thomas,
I would suggest to look in quarantine area defined in McAfee.
Please have a look to these web pages in McAfee web site :

Samuel
Hello @sdidier,
Thank you for your help, i've read what you send me and checked the quarantined section of McAfee on my computer but there is not Visual Studio or anythings linked to it in so I deduce from that McAfee is not interfering on Visual Studio.
Best regards,
Thomas
Hello Thomas,
I have reported this issue to R&D in Jira Ticket VTS-204.
I would open a case to follow that.
