Is there any Vuforia Studio Offline installation package?

Hi,

Many Chinese customers has enountered network issues when they were trying to install Vuforia Studio online. Most of the issues are caused by the Internet accessing limitation of the regional govement. It can be resoleved by themselves through technical methods. So they want us to provide an offline installation package of Vuforia Studio.

Do we have such package and where can I get it?

PTC does not provide a packaged offline installer for Studio by default.  To receive materials to conduct an offline install you will need to follow an approval process that starts with a TS call.  Please file a TS call with this request and they will work with you on approvals from Product Management.

Note you should be prepared to triage the web installation to make sure that we can't resolve any issues with the install stalling via web installation.
