when you say pinger is will be helpuf if there possibly you can clarify the context
So do you meant the pinger shader what was comming with some shader PTC examples or extension?
e.g . that shader is 3D shader and could be used on 3D panels, Images Model and modelItems - so 3D element which support GLSL shader and have shader and texture properties?
So the quesiton is then you want to uplay that on 2D panels , right? Is that the issue?
So , did you test some thing what was not working? E.g. to display such Frame shader (part - vertex make no sense) on 2D Panels what are you observations there? I am aksing that , only to avoid some tests what you e.g already tested.. Thanks
I think mostly 2D elements effects are created by css. Not sure if I could implment also the frame shader .... or we need to the SVG syntax e.g https://www.w3schools.com/graphics/svg_animation.asp
