Hi gurus,

May I know if 3D model files with photorealistic rendering can retain their rendering upon importing into Vuforia Studio? I have a customer who is using Keyshot to design its 3D model appearance and would like to use that 3D model (with specified 3D rendering) for AR experience development. Is this possible?

Keyshot can output obj/mtl, but you may need the texture file as well (*.bmp), then modify mtl file to add the texture file location, and zip all contents together to upload to Vuforia Studio. Previously I created an article CS325947, please checked that for more info.

This link is very helpful. Thanks for.

It will also be easier, if Vuforia Studio provides glB or zipped glTF files.

KeyShot is capable to export this format as well.

Hope that some new features will come soon.

Cheers
