I'm having a problem where symbols I use in Illustrate aren't getting imported into Vuforia.
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hello,
It is a normal in Vuforia Studio.
Symbols, Annotations ..etc.. are not imported in Projects.

It has been already reported to Product Manager.
We can hope an enhancement in a future release.
Best regards,
Samuel

What is the best way to use this symbols in Vuforia instead? (with animations created by Illustrate)
Is it possible to create symbols in Vuforia for each one of the steps imported from Creo? Could you give us an example?
Hello Luiz,
For the moment, the best solution is, in Creo Illustrate, to include 3D Models created in a CAD program and converted into pvz file format.
Display and animate these 3D Symbols when it is needed.
To avoid too big pvz file size, alternate solution is to use these 3D Models/Symbols, in Vuforia Studio instead but it is more difficult to animate them.
Best regards,
Samuel
