I am not sure if this issue you described is a general issue or only for specific model problem. Because we have some general issue with the graphical display with specific chrome library. This is now fixed but , fix is not release yet. Here the info , just for the case that this is the relevant problem. Otherwise this is model specific and the model /pvz should be checked more detailed

For how , do not have access to the article database - here the resolution:
Google Chrome(109.0.5414.75) and Microsoft Edge(109.0.1518.49) browsers causing Studio design time > 3D Canvas > 3D model not displaying and also not
Current Resolution but as mention there is fix in next future:
- Reported to PTC R&D
- PTC R&D is working with Google actively for a timely resolution
- Workaround #1:
- The issue is not witnessed in Chrome 108 or Edge 108 version, so if possible please do not upgrade to Chrome 109 or Edge 109 version and use Chrome 108 or Edge 108 version or older as a workaround PTC is investigating this issue with high priority
- If migration has been done, use a portable version of Google Chrome in 108 version
- Workaround #2:
- Use Firefox browser instead of Chrome/Edge browser
