Thingworx viewer: Troubleshooting viewing experiences

Hello all,

          I am having trouble viewing my experiences in thingworx viewer, I followed the following steps:

          Step 1: I set a thingmark to my model by dragging and dropping it.

          Step 2: I went to my experience and set a thingmark number (e.g. 10001:1).

          Step 3: I saved and published my experience.

          Did I forget a step?

          Is this an error in Studio or Viewer?

          Also, I verified my ThingWorx Experience Service as well as changed my experience service URL to reflect the experience service.

            I was successful in using studio and viewer last week however, following the same steps thingworx viewer does not connect with my models or experiences.

I have a few questions to help me best assist you.

• What experience service are you using?
  • Where did you update this information?
• Can you expand on what you mean in Step 2?
  • I'm a little unclear on what you mean when you say that you set a thingmark number
• What version of ThingWorx Studio are you using?

Another  QQ. Can animations be played in Viewer, my model shakes but does not play the actual animation created in illustrate.

Timothy, Yes the animations can be played in ThingWorx View app. Is your animation getting played in ThingWorx Studio Preview?
