Unable to publish experience in trial version of vuforia studio

Doesn't open http://localhost:3000/

The default is internet explorer V11.0. 

I can open http://localhost:3000/ with chrome but portal login failed

Cant publish the experience 

Get following error

localhost:300 says

Missing required information

also getting configuration error

Auto configure failed check log errors

It is normal Vuforia Studio only works in Chrome web browser.
