Unable to publish project

I'm having trouble with publishing projects since updating to 8.5.12.4700.

Vuforia displays this error when publishing.

Log file output as follows:

[2020-09-02T00:19:45.239Z] error: [twx-studio:projectHelper] publishTask error for project Target_Test_02_09_2020 Failed to output zip.

• Do you have the log of Vuforia Experience Service also ?

It seems a Target Model or Image is used in this Project due to the name Target_test.

Where do I find the log of the Vuforia Experience service?

I've published experiences previously with variations on the name target_test. Also, this experience published fine when I've exported it and and imported it onto other machines.

Thanks you for your feedback.

It is more clear from my point of view.

It is a local issue on the workstation, not in the server.

• Can we have the log file of Vuforia Studio when the issue occurs, please ?

         I would like to see the verbose before the one reported before to find a possible root cause.

By the way, I have found this article :

It is similar but in our use case, Project name seems to be valid.

• Are you using in Windows or in MacOs ?
