Hello All,
Need some advise.
I had create a hololens project in Vuforia View, showing data from Thingworx.
During development, i used Vuforia View "Preview" function, to check my voice command and graphics arrangement, and was working fine.
But when i deploy it to the Experience Service, i can view the graphics, but i cannot view the lives data, it all showing " ### ", and seem like the voice command only works for graphics.
Please do give me some hint where i should lookout for.
I had already setup es-public-access in Thingworx for this project.
Hope you can advise me!!
Thank you in advance.

Hi @newieKek ,
the public access according http://support.ptc.com/help/vuforia/studio/en/#page/Studio_Help_Center%2FAnonymousAccess.html is required. To be sure/to verify that it is correctly configured the simple create a dummy mobile project where you display a data from you Thingworx - the thing what causes a problem on the HL and then check if this work on the mobile test project. - This will verify that all points are correctly for the public setup
When it works (first point above) then an another point is to check if the HoloLens device could see the Thingworx server if the server Experience Service and Thingworx server used different URL domain . then please check if you use the latest Vuforia View and respectively update.
you can also check if the view is loaded (means the HL use not a downloaded in offline mode project)
so according http://support.ptc.com/help/vuforia/studio/en/#page/Studio_Help_Center%2FEyewearViewAndHololens.html
clear credential , clear experience service and check for downloaded experience libraries.
Please, let me know if this helps. Thanks
