Vuforia View - Crashes with model targets on iOS devices

We are struggling with crashes with the latest version of Vuforia View when using model targets. We can reproduce those targets with the identical experience on different iOS devices with the latet iOS version.

Vuforia View crashes without error message as soon as the geometry to be tracked is displayed with white lines. We create the experiences with the latest version of Vuforia Studio.

We wonder if only we have this problem.

@pjahn Could you please review and share View app logs which could provide more details to debug the issue.

Hi @pjahn,

2 things to check:

- to update to 8.3.6 , beause there are some fixes which may be could be helpful.

- the second point is to try to mark the experience to allow downalod for offline viewing:

I had a case where experience had problem with the connection spead /rate and it  worked only in offline mode.

does vuforia view crash no mater what experience you try?

No. Just with a specific model. But the exact same experience was working prior to the last update of Vuforia Studio. We restored the old version on one workstation and published the experience again. Now the View app does not crash. So using the older version of Studio currently is our workaround.
