Can ThingWorx Navigate provide External Data to Vuforia Studio?

I have read that post as well. It was no help. When I try to Publish (i am using the Free trial Version) I get a LocalHost3000 error says: Missing required information.
Just to clarify. I think I am trying to ask two different questions.
`1. What is needed to connect to the Experience3 Sever so I can Publish Experiences.
2. Can ThingWorx Navigate be used to provide live data info to a Vuforia Studio Experience?
