Vuforia studio authentication issue - Unable to login

Hello, 

I have noticed many others have flagged this issue but I cant seem to find a resolution in all the posts.  

I have installed thingworx studio trial version 30 days trial period. When I'm trying to publish the project  it's asking for a "Authentication Required" pop-up. After giving the credentials, it is asking for the same authentication again and again.

Are you able to validate the Experience Service without issue? You can do this under the 'info' tab of your experience.

Hi there,
That's for the reply.
I've gone to the info section.l selected validate. The field is populated with the trial URL. Clicked on validate and it asks me to sign in. I sign in but face the same issue with the sign in screen repeatedly popping up after I click on submit.

Please share your entire log file. This will help to determine root cause and a solution.

Thanks for coming back to me. I have attached the log file. 

When the login screen pops up and I enter my username and password. It will keep popping up asking for it to enter. There are no errors unless I click on cancel I will then see a message Oh no publish failed Make sure I'm using the correct username & password.

Thank you for the log file. I see you were able to auto-configure your instance without issue. The credentials used for auto-configure should be the same for validating/publishing. Are you using all lowercase when trying to validate/publish? These items are case sensitive. Have you tried MR.Ora.Holo@gmail.com as your username?

I'm sorry it was such a silly thing. I should have checked beforehand but didn't think the case mattered with a username.
