So the vuforia view keeps on crashing in hololens (generation 1) whenever i try to scan a thingmark. I changed the 3d models into low poly even it's giving the same result since there are only 2 non-complex 3d models with a sequence(done in creo illustrate) but hololens unable to load. But works fine in preview can anyone please tell me what went wrong, I'm attaching a screenshot of the 3d model and a video (where it is crashing).
