didn't receive verification email

Hi all

 

I signed up for the 30 day trial, but did not receive the email for verifying my email address.

Checked junk folder many times. Anyone have the same issue?

I am a Rockwell Automation Emplyoee
I have registered to follow the AR coarse.

I did not get my confirmation email after trying to start the Software download.

Could you please share the email id that you have used to register with the studio trial. Also, please login into https://trial.studio.vuforia.com/home/ page and share the screenshot with me.I highly appreciate it if you could provide these details.

I also didn't get the verification email.

I can login to support.ptc.com and the account seems to be OK there, but when logging into trial.studio.vuforia.com I keep seeing the "We need to verify your email address" message and can't move on.

I've attached the screen I see when logging into trial.studio.vuforia.com

The emailid is tsarangel@mail.ru
