Changing Community User email address

So, I've switched companies, but would like to keep my login. Unfortunately, it's my old company email address. For login purposes, I doubt it would matter, but is there any way to change my login to my new company address? Or even my personal gmail one...

https://community.ptc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/270477 should be able to do so, but a Mail-Address is subject to change and it my understanding that the user himself should be allowed to change his contact data anytime as necessary.
