Community Errors

Occasionally, community members may encounter errors when trying to log in or access some areas of the community that require authentication. For example, the "Request Entity Too Large" error. This is usually caused when the combined size of cookies being passed to the community is too large. This can happen because of cookies created by the community platform relating to our Single Sign On (SSO). Clearing your browser's cookies should fix the issue.

Other similar errors you might see are "Unexpected Error" or "IP Comparison Failed". These errors are uncommon, however if you experience an error try clearing your browser's cache and cookies. To do this in most browsers you would navigate to Settings/Menu > History > Clear Browsing Data/Clear History. This will open a panel with options to clear your cache and cookies as shown in the example below from Chrome.
