License request failed for feature

Recently I opened my creo Parametric 2.0 student copy after almost 6 months, and an error message box appeared stating "License request failed for registration." After I click Ok the application ends. I have an email for registration license. I have .res file in my licensing folder.154.PNG154.PNG
