We recently added the Emeritus rank for former PTC Community Management Team members. While we can still benefit from the valuable contributions they made to the community, it will now be easier to identify team members that are no longer available to help members of the community.
Additionally, we recently added the moderator icon shown here, so you can easily identify current members of the moderation team in the community.
