Customized Icons are not displayed in Windchill

Hi All,

Trying to use a custom icon for a soft-type.

Created a .png image in codbase\netmarkets\images.

Assigned it to soft-type in type and attribute management.

Maintained the standard pixel size 15x15 / 16x16.

Followed Article - CS292675 on support site, still the icon doesn't show up in recently accessed tab.

Any suggestions how to fix it.

Make sure that the file rights and directories leading to it allow for read by the apache service. Check apache logs. Also make sure you do not have any typos.

Try clearing browser cache or using incognito/private browser session

Hi @DKWc 

Check the location and icon name if there is some miss spelling

check CS184885

Clear browser cache, and also use CTRL+F5 to load newest files in the browser

If the icon is right format and right codebase place, it has  to work 😄 if not usualy there is a users mistake.

Please make also sure that your icon names are unique. E.g. use a prefix or whatever. Also clean the browser cache and make sure you are also deleting the cache of your favourite sites. Especially Edge keeps the cache of the favourites.
