Grant MODIFY Permission to User Using Expression Robot in Promotion Request

Hi all!

Can someone please give me an example of a java expression code can be used to grant specific permission on specific object on specific life cycle state?
For example, grant "Modify" permission on EPM Document on specific state where that user/role does not have Modify permission.
