How can I hide a Windchill 'product' from view?

We are using Windchill 11.0 M030. We have several Products.

1) The Products that are no longer in use (MA & TC), but we want to keep in Windchill, should not appear in the search results.

2) We would like to hide the inactive Products and their contents from users.

Is there a way to hide a product and it's contents from users but they remain visible for Admin users?

Cannot delete a Product.

Deal with the Product Team.  Remove all Roles from it except Manager. Populate the Product Manager Role with only those who should be able to see. One way of doing this is to populate an org-level Group of Administrators.

Yes, simply change the permissions on the product/library so no one has access but administrators.

Hi, How is the product team defined? individuals and groups can be removed from each old product by removing from the team. Content still there but they effectively have no access
