Whenever AutoCAD Object is Getting created from workspace Document Category is showing only CADPart.
I wanted to make my AutoCAD object as CADDrawing/ Whenever Creating AutoCAD Object it should get created as CADDrawing.
AFAIK, you have to use WGM.
Otherwise it is managed as a WTDocument.
Same question here. I've tried adding various attributes before checking in, that I can't recall at the moment, but never had any luck.

sorry, I misread the question.
I actually opened a PTC case for this issue in 2018, as it results by Navigate users not been able to find those drawings as there are CAD Part.
CS289145: Not able to open objects authored by AutoCAD from View Drawing app in ThingWorx Navigate
It ended with a Navigate product enhancement (JIRA NAVIGATE-5671). I didn't follow up.
No solution/workaround has been provided in Windchill / WGM side either.

I also have the same questions. I have tried many things but can't find my way around it.
Maybe a condition could be added to the OIR, if Authoring Application is ACAD then Doc Category is CADDRAWING
