How to make WorkFlow Comment Mandatory in Windchill 13.0.2.4 ?

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 13.0 and Datecode with CPS 13.0.2.4

We are in the process of RH1 upgrade from 12.0.2 to 13.0.2. The customization to make wokflow comment mandatory as per CS35488 is not working in 13.0.2 system but its working in 12.0.2 system. There are only 2 instruction available in this support case for 9.0 to 9.1 & 10.0 to 12.1. No instruction available for 13 release. Please suggest.

Is there an error when completing the task or can you complete the task without commenting. Clearing the browser history/cache fixed this one for me.

No error message, it simply complete the task.

Yes, but still the same issue, no alert message.

I found the related article "https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS370997?source=search" and can be made the "Task comments" as mandatory. Thank you all for your responses.
