Is there a Windchill REST Service endpoint that can return the Base Part Number of a Serial Number?

Hi, 
I have a list of Serial Numbers that I need to "translate" into Base Part Numbers. 

Is there a WRS endpoint that takes a serial number or list of serial numbers that returns the base part number?
