Need some help.
We have Dynamic Document users who need to check where a Task is used on Publications.
By default, the Where used shows all parent items. The trouble is that they need to go to each item to confirm it's the latest version.
To make things complicated, we use the same State for the all previous official versions.
C: Released for Production
Does not use Task
B: Released for Production
Uses the Task
I can filter to View to only show a state if we only had one version at "Released for Production" if we set the previous to something like superseded or obsolete.
