New Domain in OData

I tried creating a custom domain under oData by following the instructions in wrs_ug_1_5.pdf. But my new domain is not listed in ..Windchill/servlet/odata/. To make it simple I also duplicated one of existing domains, renamed it and restarted the server still it's not listed. What is the mistake here? Should we register the domain in any file like how we do for data utilities? Many thanks in advance
