PTC 編輯程式的相關問題, BIF指令問題

I am using Windchill PDMLink Release 11.0 and Datecode with CPS M030-CPS22

先前原廠顧問協助導入，有提供BIF指令，可以編輯所有程式，
請問BIF指令的問題是原廠設定的嗎?是否可提單詢問?
近期有其他需求，客製程式需要呼叫廠商提供的第三方元件的jar，但發現BIF時抓不到第三方元件的jar無法編譯成功，
進一步排查後，發現我們對 BIF 的操作與設定方式仍不甚熟悉，因此想請問：
1. 是否有關於 BIF 的操作說明文件可以提供參考？
2. 若需在 BIF 中引用第三方元件，是否需要進行額外的設定或配置才能正確載入？
