Request for a tool or process to delete parts/assemblies from Windchill

This request is for PTC to provide a process/procedure/tool for deleting files from the Windchill database. When using the user interface, the UI will often not allow a deletion request due to dependencies and references with other objects.  Reference PTC Case 13271571, opened on September 1 and closed December 6th, 2016
