Revise WTPart file automatically while revising CAD file without using collector.

In my organization user revise CAD file but they forget to use collector option to revise WTPart file also. So all the time revision value of CAD file is ahead of WTPart file. So is there a way in preference that automatically WTPart file also get revised while revising CAD file without the use of collector.

Yes preference exists but just for collector.

In preference Management go to Revise node and collector.

In the collector there are many options to collect related objects

Your interest is Include related Parts set this preference to All. 

Now if the revise action is used the wizard collects also WTParts.

If engineers are starting the revise action in a Workspace (for example, through Creo), the collection action may not be the same. Look into the dm_enable_revise_and_check_out setting: https://www.ptc.com/en/support/article/CS131936
