Setting Editable Autogenerated Values

Hi,

Can we editable autogenerated number.

I don't want to use the Edit option.

Upon creations of part it should be editable.

One thing that might play a role is that the OIR rules are inherited. If you have an object type set to not be editable, and then you want a subtype to be editable, it makes the implementation a little more complicated. Not sure if that's the issue, but something to consider.
