Unable to Configure Custom Configurable MasterLink

Hello All,

I want Configure CustomConfigurable MasterLink To WTPart.i have Followed ptc Help center Steps  and also create customConfigurableMasterLink using Java API but not able to see it on Custom configuration tab

Error : com.ptc.windchill.enterprise.util.ConfigurableLinkUIHelper wcadmin - Configurable Link may not be configured.
