I am trying to understand how WFTally works. Kindly let me know or provide some link which has explanation apart from help center.
Ex: If a Problem report or a change request is assigned to three users (user1, user2, user3) and if user 1 "Approves" the request, user 2 "Declines" the request and if user 3 "Reassigns" or "Performs any other task apart from Approval and Declining" which operation will be performed in the system.
Will the User 1 vote will be taken into consideration or that of user 2 or user 3.
Kindly let me know about the same.
