Windchill - Attachment UI Improvement

Hello,

Add/Edit Attachment UI needs improvement. Need to avoid accidental removal of attachments. A lot of people click on ‘Browse ‘ button instead of ‘new local file attachment‘ to add another attachment. This always causes problems as the existing attachment gets lost. Additional training has not solved this

‌My observations from initial training in our organization using attachments on Change Notices fully supports this. The UI could be more intuitive for new or casual users.
