create subtype wt.doc.WTDocumentDependencyLink in Windchill

Is it possible to create a subtype of wt.doc.WTDocumentDependencyLink?

I could not found the wt.doc.WTDocumentDependencyLink in Type and attribute management in Windchill 11.0 M20 CPS16.

I want to add some more attribute (IBA) on this link by creating its subtypes.
