Supplier Admin can change the AML/AVL - OK. They have access to all libraries and products
Members can manage parts and AML till the part is released (/no modify rights for members on released parts).
Business case :
local purchaser should manage AML for a specific product => Should not have modify rights on released parts but should be able to manage the AML/AVL.
AML/AVL can change in time without a change of the WTPart(/component).
