It should be possible to define ACL's on supersedeLink in Windchill PDM Link to personalize the administration of those links.

In Windchill 11, only the administrator can remove a supersede link between two part.

For the system Administration, it will be easier if others roles could remove them as well (Business Support Administrator for example).
