Have the ability for all users to be able to share their saved searches.  Many individuals create searches that can be useful to other users on the program or business, such as metrics, training, etc.  There are times that I have new users that are trying to find job aid documentation, users looking for requirements, and having the ability to share saved searches will help other users.
