I create a load file that creates WTPart objects. I use wt.part.LoadPart.beginCreateWTPart to load the objects and attributes, and wt.iba.value.service.LoadValue.createIBAValue to load the IBA values. However, I don't have the ability to load notes (Related Objects - Notes). Please provide this functionality.
