Ability to Change Project Plan to Automatic Run

If a Project is created and started there is no known way to change a project from Manual Run to Automatic.

The way I see this working is the plan would be stopped, setting changed to automatic, and then restarted.

This would then skip the completed tasks and go to the next available tasks and continue as automated.

This is an excellent idea. Windchill should give you the flexibility to change the execution mode of the plan, independent from it's parent container (Project or Product).

When the container is intiated, you are required to chose between Manual and Auto execution of the Plan and it cannot be changed once the container is created. It would be a lot nicer if the Plan control could be seperated from the container, especially since Plans can be created in Products.
