In PSB and other areas where Filters are application, it should be possible for a Site or Org Administrator to:
- Edit existing Filter definition
- Rename an existing Filter
- Delete an existing Filter created by other users
Business cases:
- When a Filter is shared to users and if there is a need to change that, there is dependency on the person who had created the filter. Otherwise, a duplicate Filter should be created for this need.
- When a Filter is used in many Distribution Target definitions in ESI publishing setup, if the filter needs to be modified, there is dependency on the person who had created the filter. If a new filter to be created then it needs to be updated in all the Distribution Targets definitions.
- There could be more other business cases as well
