Ability to Export search results is not always available

When certain parameters are used to search on items in Windchill, the ability to export those search results on not available.  This means that the user has to either change the parameters or screen shot their results.  The user should be able to export all search results no matter the parameters.

Statement of benefits: This would save the user time since some of the searches are quite large.  This way they would not have to screen grab or change their parameters after waiting for the results.

Export action on the Search results table is a table component action that is completely independent of the search criteria used. I am not sure if I understand the use case.

The user should be able to export any search results that appear in the search results table.  It should not be based on what objects they have selected as part of the parameters.  This is currently not the case.
