Ability to add parts to Structure/uses screen without popup

The ability to add parts to the Structure/Uses screen without having to wait for a popup to input the quantity, find number, etc.  Basically what I would like to be able to do is type in my information, tab to next column type, tab, etc.

It's a common feeling.

When creating a new product idea, it automatically adds a positive vote for the creator.

good idea.  but should be able to enable/disable this behaviour by at least Org/Container/User levels preferences
