Ability to enable/disable "My Folder" in Windchill

Some companies don't want users storing work files in "My Folder" as they have no control over the contents e.g. .exe file extensions which can potentially be a security risk.

Would like to have the ability to enable/disable the "My Folder" link in the Windchill UI.
