Ability to hide/unhide components or PMI 3D Annotations in CreoView Web UI

Ability to hide/unhide components or PMI 3D Annotations in CreoView Web UI

Ability to hide/unhide components or PMI 3D Annotations in CreoView Web UI - notably PSB and CAD2Part compare tool.

Cause some components to resolve are "inside" the assembly and not viewable easily except by cross hihlighting

Same to hide PMI when not necessary

This remark is for any CreoView WebGL UI in Windchill : PSB, CAD2Part Compare, MAPSB etc ...

default behavior should be editable by preferences at Site/Org/User level.

Ability to hide\un-hide component is already available for PSB or MPMLink views, which needs to be enabled with Preferences. Refer below windchill help link:

PSB: https://support.ptc.com/help/windchill/wc110_hc/whc_en/index.html#page/Windchill_Help_Center/NewandC...

MPMLink: https://support.ptc.com/help/windchill/whc/whc_en/index.html#page/Windchill_Help_Center/NewandChange...

Model Annotation (PMI) visibility control in visualization tab is introduced with Windchill 12.0.0.0, refer whats new section for more details: https://support.ptc.com/help/wnc/r12.0.0.0/en/index.html#page/Windchill_Help_Center%2FNewandChanged_.... User control this by launching Visualization Preference dialog with 'Shift + P' command.

Hi @vdegaonkar

thanks for the feedback,

for the check box and the incremental mode,  yes it exists in PSB and MAPSB .  But is should be present in any structure UI (CAD or Parts) where the Creo View is present.  Or at least the 2 buttons to hide / unhide in the WebGL widget

For PMI , same thing : the 12.0 is for setting default values for the user,  but not really for the day to day use .  these hide/unhide PMI buttons exists in MPMLink WebGL widget to allow to hide /unhide PMI linked to Control Characteristics.  They should be present in every UI where the Creo View WebGL is used ...
