Ability to manage dynamic rows of additional information with Parts, Docs and Change Objects'

Currently the basic Objects like Item and Simple can be extended leveraging the Customization module. It would be helpful to have these objects be sub typeable within type manager and be able to relate to Documents, Parts, Change Objects leveraging the Configurable Links.

This will make it easier to associate multiple rows of information with multiple attributes to the Parts, Documents etc..

Example use cases would be Approval Matrix based on type, class of change etc.., basic supplier management,

Other use case includes the ability to manage Change impact in a more granular way than two attributes at  the CR/CO Level (ex: individual rows of Change Description, accompanying Change Description and Impact in each row).

Having the functionality will reduce the amount of information stored in Excel/Word documents and make the system more usable, searchable and reporable.
