It is very difficult to find the right assignee by use of the drop-down list because there are many members in the product team. This is annoying and cumbersome for the user to select the right assignee.
Here below is the reproduce steps:
- In a product, create a problem report
- Navigate to product>tasks>select the problem report>actions>new action item
- When selecting an assignee for the action item, there is a drop list
- It’s not easy to find the right assignee especially when there are many users in the drop list.
Expected way:
Use Find Participants Search window
Observed way:
Use drop-down list to select assignee
