Additional action "Replace With Existing" to be provide on Part structure page sub menu to avoid Java applet.

It will help to improve lead time.

All other actions available on PSE (Product Structure Explorer) are already provided on Part structure page sub menu. Due to this single action non availability, users need to open PSE (Product Structure Explorer) and it will take long time.

Replace with New and Replace with Existing was supported in 11.0 F000 in Product Structure Browser (PSB)

We have upgraded Windchill version from 10.2 to 11.0.

There is no such functionality available on Part Structure page.
