Ad Hoc Activities Table - Assignee Box Needs to be a Search Field

As simply stated,   the Assignee box in the Ad Hoc Activities table is horrible.   This should at least have a magnifying glass search button,   or  preferably,  enhanced with the typeahead feature that pops up like it does in the  Change Activity Assignee/Reviewer fields.  

Currently,  entering Assignees into this field in an Ad Hoc Activities table is very inconvenient.

Agree. It has been a while since I used an Ad-hoc and now years latter I am struggling to figure out how that works. Do I add in a full users name, or is it email, or is it....

The adhoc activities would be so helpful if they get a complete redesign. The usability is from 1990 and haven't been touched since then 🫣 I get a lot questions about sending a sub task to another user to do something or to get a feedback! With this possibility the workflows would get the flexibility.

The adhoc tasks should be also available all the time.
