It has come to my attention that some people working multiple projects need the capability to delegate to different people for each product in their absence.  Currently if you delegate, everything goes to one person but may not be appropriate if you work different projects/programs and they don't.

I'd say by there is a need for Delegation by Role and Context.  In absense of this guidance to Users has been "Delegate Up", but this is less than optimal as things can get bogged down in a Supervisor's In Box (and yes that is a spearate issue)
